After the match, Bumrah said he focused on the process, not the numbers. He also said that the season was not good for his team and that they have lost nine of 11 matches so far.

"It's always a nice feeling to contribute, but the most important thing is that the team wins. We had a chance, but we didn't. That's right. I don't like numbers or goals. The goal is to keep the process going. Sometimes you're good at boarding, but you can't get goals. Don't be desperate. I just want to contribute in any way. Now it's about fixing our mistakes and improving next season, "Bumrah said in a post-match presentation.
