Pramod Bhagat and Manisha Ramadass won their individual finals in back-to-back matches as India bagged two gold medals at the BWF Para Badminton World Championship in Tokyo on Sunday.

I have been waiting for this moment and worked hard in the last few months for it. It's good to be a world champion. I hope I can continue with such results and make my country proud in future events," said Ramadass.

Bhagat, who now has 11 medals including six golds, two silvers and three bronzes at the World Championships, said: “It's good to be another world champion.
